Creative Coaching is not traditional coaching.
It’s creative direction for the soul.
I’m Pip Broughton, Creative Coach, performance architect and relentless believer in human potential.
For decades, I helped actors access their truth, confidence and brilliance in front of the camera and on stage. Now, I can do the same for you.
Creative Coaching will help you learn how to be seen and heard in every part of your world. To discover the creative, courageous self who is waiting in the wings. Together, we’ll bring that inner you out into the light – to become invincible.
About Pip
About me (But mostly about you)
I’ve spent my life learning how to see people. Truly see them.
As a theatre and television director, I guided some of the UK’s most loved performers through their greatest work – moments of courage, vulnerability and transformation that audiences never forget. My productions have won awards, discovered new talent, moved millions and sold worldwide.
Now, my gaze is focused somewhere new: on you.
The same creative process that draws extraordinary performances from actors can draw extraordinary truth from anyone. I help you reconnect to your imagination, your confidence and your authentic presence. The result is not just personal growth, it’s professional transformation.
Whether you’re leading a team, rebuilding after loss, navigating change or rewriting your next chapter, I bring the same director’s eye I brought to the stage and screen: intuitive, exacting and deeply compassionate.
Because you don’t need to act authentic. You need to be it.
Creative coaching
See. Be seen. Act.
Creative Coaching is my signature approach to personal and professional transformation. It uses storytelling, visualisation, imagery and directed reflection to help you reconnect with your inner creativity and express it with power and truth.
Together, we work as collaborators. I hold the space, the gaze, the mirror. You bring the story of your life. Together, we edit, reframe and reveal the version of you who’s been waiting in the wings.
In each session, we:
01
Discover what you really want, not what you’ve been told to want.
02
Identify the blocks that stop you.
03
Rehearse new ways of thinking, responding and leading.
04
Rewrite the story you tell about yourself.
05
Help you step onto the stage of your life and perform from the heart.
The Result?
A deep reconnection with your creative life force. Clarity. Confidence. Courage. And a sense of joy and self-belief that changes everything – including how the world responds to you.

“Pip has been my coach throughout a pivotal part of my life and artistic career, helping me to achieve new goals and implement generative boundaries on both a professional and personal level. A great listener and truly intuitive coach, Pip’s approach always feels authentic and individual. I’m now looking forward to my future and its challenges and couldn’t recommend Pip enough to anyone looking to explore coaching.”
AC, Artist and Writer, London
“As a life coach, Pip offers something very special – a capacity to empathise fully and deeply, with curiosity and without judgement, with her client. She also exudes a quietly powerful confidence – in herself, in you and in the process – leaving no space for reticence or doubt. Pip guides you to find your way to the happier, truer version of yourself that, somewhere inside, you already know or at least can sense. She can see this and, while addressing whatever comes up, will help take you there in clearly mapped stages.”
Jennifer Mundy, Art Historian and Curator, Uzes, France
“As a neurodivergent professional woman with a busy family life, Pip has been a voice of calm and steadiness, helping me focus on what’s truly important whilst also positively challenging me to think more clearly. Her simple presence helps to calm the thousand voices in my head. Her ability to ask the right questions at the right time have led to more insight in a short space of time than in years of counselling. I am grateful to have met Pip and have her as my life coach.”
